About Talitha Pettepher

Georgia natives, Rick and Talitha Pettepher, who have lived in North Atlanta for more than three decades, call on their extensive knowledge of the area to specialize and focus on helping buyers and sellers find the perfect place to call home. Rick started his real estate career in 2012 and joined forces with his wife Talitha in 2019 to form The Pettepher Group. Together they provide their clients with a first-class, luxury experience throughout the entire real estate transaction, whether they are working with first-time home buyers, buyers and sellers looking to gain space for growing families, or clients looking to downsize. You will find that they are motivated, responsive, attentive, and engaged in consistent communication. 

Rick worked in sales, estimating, and project management roles in the construction industry before becoming a real estate agent. Talitha has held various leadership roles in IT, where she worked to solve complex issues and follow them through to successful completion. With their previous experience, Rick and Talitha prioritize their clients' unique needs and strive to build strong, long-term relationships with them. 

Rick's extensive experience in the construction industry and Talitha's past leadership roles and complex problem-solving skills make them well-equipped to help their clients understand the entire process of buying or selling a home. They set realistic expectations during each step in the process, use creativity while searching for new homes and successfully navigate any challenges that may arise.

Rick and Talitha are passionate about helping their clients achieve their ultimate home-purchasing goal, whether that means finding the perfect community or achieving the best value for the home they are leaving.

Talitha is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Rick studied Structural Engineering at Southern Tech. Rick served in the Army and was stationed in various places around the United States, Southeast Asia and Germany. Talitha lived in other parts of the country and abroad. Ultimately, they both returned to Georgia and decided to make North Atlanta their home. After moving several times, and buying and selling multiple homes, they leverage their personal experience and insight to educate and guide their clients to make informed decisions every step of the way. For The Pettepher Group, their clients' satisfaction matters more than simply completing a transaction. Rick and Talitha believe that their relationships with their clients are the most important component of their business!

When they aren’t helping clients find the perfect place to call home, Rick and Talitha enjoy spending time reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. They are very involved in their church and service projects, such as the Ukrainian Refugee Project. The Pettepher Group has a vested interest in the Roswell community and members of RoswellNext, which is dedicated to ensuring the continued vitality of the community.  Rick and Talitha enjoy staying active and giving back to their church and the community, which they find truly rewarding.
